I've had 2 sales in the past days for which I received no email from the FORM

    But the buyers checked out using the form. I'm not someone with great technical know-how. Can you get someone to fix this problem, as this is the third time I am reporting this issue?

    I have checked and email address of your account, which is also set as recipient email address of the form you provided is in the bounce list. Our system gave following result:

    shark.content@gmail.com is IN the bounce list 

    Reason(s) : smtp; 550-5.7.1 Unauthenticated email from yahoo.com is NOT

    I have now removed it from the bounce list and it should be working fine now.

    I saw on your other threads that my colleagues provided you guides about how to remove your email from the bounce list and how to prevent bouncing of your email address.

    You should also contact your email provider and ask them to Whitelist JotMails IP Addresses.
