How can I test my survey without using up my '100 free submissions' ??

I've been testing out the form capabilities and have just noticed that now the account shows 11/100 submissions used.

Or do all tests always count towards both free and/or paid submission quotas? Even when using the 'Preview form' window??

All the submissions will always be counted towards the submission limit of your account. This means free accounts can only receive 100 submissions whether it is a test submission by the form owner or a submission by the user.

If you like, you can do your tests freely for now, and once you are done testing, we can reset the the submissions to the amount before your tests. Simply let us know on this thread once you finish your tests, and after checking the test submissions, we will reset the submissions to the proper count. However, please note that we can only do this once. After this, all your future submissions will be counted towards the submission limit.

If you simply want to test the email notification, then you can follow our guide here: How to Properly Add, Change, and Test a New Email Recipient Address.

We would like to inform you that we implemented a system that will not count test submissions made during the form building process.

The system detects the device that is editing the form and it doesn't count submissions made from that device towards the submissions limit of your Account.
