The submit button is not showing up on my form.

    The form collapse that encapsulates the submit button is currently set to hide the questions inside it, which is why the submit button is not showing on your form. To resolve the issue, please follow the steps below:

    1. Click the gear icon on the top right of the form collapse.

    2. Then set the 'Section Visibility' to Visible and Save Changes.

    The submit button should now be visible beneath the form.
