I'm getting an error when submitting my fillable PDF using Adobe Acrobat on Windows 7

    Hey,

     

    the submit-buttons from two fillable PDFs do not transmit the data, both due to the same error (see screenshot).

    Translation window 1: "During the transmission an error occured. Content of the type text/html;charset=iso-8859-1 cannot be processed."

    Translation small dark window below: "Data will be transmitted/recveived..."

    I have the new Adobe Acrobat on Windows 10 PC and I was able to submit your fillable PDF form.

    Based on your screenshot, it seems like you're using Win7. I will have to ask my colleague who has win7 to check. I'll let you know.

    For the meantime, try to check and make sure to have the latest Adobe Acrobat software.

    I have tested the PDF form in your account with Windows 7 and the latest version of Adobe Acrobat. I was able to submit the form without any issue from my end and you may find the test submissions for the form in your account.

    As already mentioned by our colleague, it seems to be an issue with the Acrobat version that you are using. Please try submitting the form after updating the Acrobat to the latest version.

    Thanks for your answers so far, I'll let you know as soon as the IT updated the Adode Reader in our office PCs.
