I am using JOTFORM to book appointments for parent conferences in my class. Is there a way to prevent a prent from double booking a time. I.E. If Johnny's parent wants Nover 22 at 3:30 and books it, can that particular date/time be disabled so no onther person can use it?

I don't think Jotform has this capability.  However, if you are looking for a free solution for this I would recommend creating a simple website at  As I mentioned it is free and it is easy to create a custom website.  (you may need to purchase a website address if you want a custom one.  If not it's free to have a website address like

The site builder lets you add a html box to a page.  in that html box you can paste the code for your Jotform if you want.  The site builder also has a feature called Book Online that uses a third party site called HourTown to book appointments.  This would allow your students parents to book appointments without having any overlapping ones.

    Hope that helps.
