Hi, we're not receiving emails to one of our email domains on Office 365. We've added your IPs into our allow list but still have nothing!

The recipient of your last form ID was placed to our bounce list. I've fixed this already so please try it again. I would also suggest adding email@example.com to your contact or safe sender list on top of whitelisting our IP Addresses and Sending Domains.
The PDF Attachment is also enabled in your form. You may consider checking if your Office 365 accepts attachments, especially from Jotform.
