Hello, I'm accessing jotform.com from the UK and and having great issues in signing in
I've had the issues since yesterday
Have you got some technical problems at the moment?
I've tried a few different browsers and also tried on my iPad, PC and Mac laptop

Can you try clearing your browser's cache and try again? This might be a minor glitch due to failed downloading of scripts to your browser from the server resulting to lost layout as how it appears on your screenshot.
If the problem persists, can you check on the console (press F12 key) and see if there are issues with specific domains that might be the cause of the loading failure? Here's a sample screenshot of the browser's console after pressing F12.
