I have a conditional logic to update a field but it's not working for two records in my form.

    Hi,

    The field "distance" is update based on selection "Choisissez votre course" et "Courses Enfants", for some reason it is not updated and cannot be updated by further record edition on the 2 records hereunder. Could check it and fix it id possible.

    You do not have a condition to update the "Distance (km)" field when "Choisissez votre course" is equal to "Course Enfants".

    Here are your conditions for the field:

    The given two submissions have the field "Choisissez votre course" equal to "Course Enfants". Again, you do not have this conditional logic so that is why the distance field is blank. You may consider editing your form and add this condition.

    Hi Welvin,

    Sorry the condition is "if "Course Enfantsé starts with "500m" then insert 0.500 into "Distance (km)

    This conditions works for every records but the two I initially mentionned.

    I cloned your form and tested the conditions and it seems to be working fine. I understand that the issue only occurs on two of the mentioned submissions. I checked your submissions page and can confirm that the Distance field for these two does not have a value even though the conditions should have been fulfilled. However, there seems to be several more that doesn't have a distance in them.

    So far in my tests there shouldn't be any conflicts with the conditions that might affect the field, however, I will do some more tests to check further. In the meantime, can you please try clearing your form cache and your browser cache, then edit the submissions again? If the issue persists, please let us know. I would also like to ask for permission if it is possible for us to edit the submission on your page to see if there are any issues. Thank you.
