number of entries

    Is there a way i can have a certain number of questions pop up after you submit a number in the form. 

    EX. 

    I need to know how many children they will have. So I included a "number" field. Then if they put 3, I need three of the following questions to pop up.

    -Child Name

    -Birthdate

    -Grade

    -Allergies

     

    Is this possible

    Hi,

    There is no feature yet that is exactly the same as you require but you may want to look at our Infinite List widget. This widget allows you to have infinite number of entries in a submission.
