non-profit account

hi there, I started creating a non-profit account, clicked where I was supposed to to sign up and it took me to create a form, which I did.. but I never got any email for instructions on how to register my organization as a nonprofit with you for the 50% discount.

help!

non-profit status is subject for approval. You will need to submit your application via this link: https://www.jotform.com/nonprofit/pricing/

Once submitted, your application is set for review and upon approval, you will receive an email with the instructions on how to upgrade your account under non-profit status.
