Can't access Jotform

    I can't access our Jotform account but I also think that I have not received a bill for it either. Can someone let me know what is up with nthe account for Girl Scouts of Kentuckiana?

    I found an account related to your email address, the username is gskentuckiana, it was upgraded until August 13th, 2016 when the account was downgraded to free, but the account is currently fine it is not over limit nor similar. 

    Could you please let us know if you receive any message when trying to log in? 

    I have white-listed your IP address as well so if it has been blocked you should be able to log in now.

    It says the user name and Passover don't match. I haven't changed it and when I ask for a reset password I do not receive an email to reset it.

    I have checked the email history for the email associated to that account and I can see the last emails failed  to send; however, your email address does not seem to be in our bounce list and I have sent the reset instructions to your email address i********s@g***********a.org, the email was successfully sent, please check your inbox and follow the instructions to reset your password.
