Redirect with data form?

    Hi,

    Can we redirect to an external link carrying data with it?
    I'm looking to create a form that on submit emails the form through and redirects the user to a page carrying 2 pieces of data captured in the form (name & email address)
    Purpose of this is so we can personalize the confirmation page.

    Yes that is possible to achieve. Inside of this guide you can find how to Send POST Data From JotForm Using PHP in Custom Thank You Page:

    You can also customize thank you page, with Thank You Page wizard.

    You can write your own custom text, style it and you can add values of your form fields.
