I took over a volunteer position and do not know the name/password for last years jot form?

the GTAHA house registration JotForm was going to an email and account of someone no longer with organization.  I know people submitted applications, and I don't know how to get them?  I have recently made my own account and jotform, so I'm good here on out - but I really need any registration submissions previous to 9/10/16
