Can I embed images into an email rather than having a link?

Right now when someone attaches an image to one of my forms, it just puts a link to the image in the notification email.  When I was first playing around with JotForm, it embeded the images and now I cant figure out how I did it.  I had dropbox integration on when it worked I think, but I just enabled dropbox again and it didn't work this time.  I also tried it with "allow multiple uploads" on and off and it still sent me links both times. How do I go about enabling this?

    Thanks!!

In order to display uploaded images directly on your email the IMG prefix should be added into your upload tag.  In your notification email it should be  {IMG:damagePhoto}, this prefix will create an image with the original dimensions of the uploaded image. If you want to specify dimensions, you should provide them as arguments. Such as: {IMG:damagePhoto:100:200} will put an image 100px wide and 200px tall.

Alternatively you can also add this to the body of the notification email by clicking on Damage Image Photo from the form fields.

Please give this a try and let us know if it worked.

    Thanks!

    One additional question...

Lets say I want to constrain just the width, so all images show up no larger than 700 px wide, but the height can be proportionally equal.  It would also be great if a photo was under 700 px, it didn't scale it up.  Is this possible?

You can have the image constrained to 700 pixels in width by using the format {IMG:damagePhoto:700} (Please see Serkan's reply to me in this thread)

As to preventing images under the width limit from scaling up to that width, I don't think this is currently possible. However, it would be useful to have such a feature and as such, I will issue a ticket requesting it.
