I'm not receiving the submission emails

    I've tried several things to troubleshoot the issue but nothing has worked. I tried clearing out the submissions inbox to be less than 500, changed the email recipient and added to the recipients (changed that back), changed it to come from jotform.com.

    Hi,

    I checked your email in our logs and I saw that it is in our Bounce list and the reason is below:

    Reason(s) : smtp; 503 5.7.1 Client not authorized (utm42b)


    I removed it from our Bounce list and you should be able to receive submissions now.
    I would advise you to check this guide on how to prevent such issues, and also to whitelist our domains.
