How do I add docusign to an already existing payment form I already have created on jotform

and still be able to keep the payment section on the form.

You just need to go into the edit mode of your form, and add the DocuSign widget, here is how to add a widget to your form: https://www.jotform.com/help/252-How-to-Add-a-Widget-to-your-Form

Thank you BDavid how do I copy and paste from a form and add it on the docusign on my form
I'm trying to add a songwriting agreement on my form with the payment still on the form as well.
