Employee canceld Account - how could I continue it now (without a time out between)

    Hello JotForm-Team,

    this Account expires on 25th April 2012, but I want to continue it with another bank account (also as a Premium-Account).

    What can I do to keep this account running, also after the 25th April? Just update it with my new E-Mail-Adress?

    Hi Pascal,

    Thanks for contacting us. Please note that when your account expires and you are downgraded to FREE account, your forms and data will not be affected in any way . Hence it can remain in FREE account as your run the other in Premium account.

    Another way is to transfer the forms from this account being downgraded to the Premium one and we can do that for you. You need to provide us the account details of the two, i.e username and email used.

    I must confess that my english is not the best, so I have to ask you again.

    It is possible that I create a new premium account and you transfer my current forms to this new account, is that right?

    Hello again,

    now I have two working accounts, one Premium-Acc which expires on 25th April and one Free-Acc wich will be upgraded to a Premium-Acc in a few days.

    Could you please transfer the forms to the new acount and just let me know when it's done?

    Also it would be great if you could tell me wether the links of the inbound forms on our homepage (e.g. http://www.nussbaum-lesen.de/abonnieren/bestellformular/) are still the same after transfering them.
