I am about to send out a registration form, however have done numerous tests to ensure everything is setup correctly and most tests (using a few different email addresses) do not receive the confirmation email. What am I doing wrong??

I checked your email activity and I did not find any email delivery failures for the form https://form.jotform.com/62448068044255. Have you checked your spam folder if in case the emails have landed there?

If the emails are not in the spam folder, please let us know.
