The email confrimation form that I am receiveing when a client submits their form is not my info.

    The email letting me know that a client has submitted their form does not contain info from my form but instead a summary that looks like it may be a template summary of some sort?

    I cloned your form and made a submission to see if the notification is the same as your screenshot. Based on the notification I received, the data seems to contain the info from your form, and it is different from the one on your screenshot. Here's how the email I received looks.
