I have a form that I created and would like to use as a base form template, then change slightly to build a second form. Is that possible, or will I have to create the second form from scratch?

Hello LymarieJackson,
It is not required to create a form from scratch if you already have created another form. You just need to clone the existing form from your account and start editing the cloned form. The following guide should help you how to clone existing form from your account: https://www.jotform.com/help/27-How-to-clone-an-existing-form-from-your-account
Please note that is is also possible to share your form in "Templates" so that you or anyone else can use it. The following guides should help you:

Hope this helps.
