We have a end user that is unable to submit a jotform. We've tested on our end and it is working just fine, however, one of our clients is unable to submit. I test submitted your form https://www.jotform.us/form/60615087344152 using the same browser version, but I could not reproduce the issue at this time.
Can you please check also if the end-user was using the form properly... it is possible they were just not filling in all the *required questions/field on the form.
Please let us know if issue still persist.
