I have 2 fields that need to be unique fields, the first one is the email address, and another one is a number field of 10 digits. As of now I can only pick one, unique question whick is I picked the email address but I also need the 10 digits to be a unique question to prevent previously entered values store in the database. How do I do that?

Unfortunately, this is not possible at the moment. We can only set only one field as unique from the form preferences. If we need to set two different fields to be unique, do you want both of the fields to be unique or can anyone be unique? Please confirm so that we may be able to send a feature request to our backend team. However, please be noted that we cannot guarantee that the request will be accepted for implemented or cannot provide any ETA for implementation if accepted.

    Thank you!

    Hello,

I am hoping for both fields to be unique, I want the email address to have no duplicate data on the database, and the 10 digit code to have no duplicate as well. So if either the two fields have the same data submitted in the database it will prevent the submission.

    Thank You

Per your request, I have sent a feature request to our developers for the ability to set two fields as Unique Questions. Please note that we cannot assure you if or when this feature will be implemented. However, if we hear any news from the developers about this request, we shall let you know on this thread. Thank you.
