Phishing pages hosted on JotForm

    Good Day,

    I work for the South African Revenue Service. We are receiving more and more instances where your site is being used to phish our clients details. HTML forms are mailed to clients requesting personal information. When the client clicks on the submit button the information is submitted to a form on your website. Different forms are being used so we have to request that each form to be disabled individually. Please see the URL's below .

    Please see the attached screenshot. Kindly provide urgent feedback on what you are doing to resolve this. I am certain that we are not the only organisation with this issue.
