Why is it blocking out payment information?

my payments only show first 4 numbers 1334 ##########1234 causing me to have to recontact everyone.

Collecting credit card information using plain text fields is strictly prohibited on Jotform. It is considered a violation of our terms, and as such we have replaced the fields that are collecting credit card numbers with number signs (#) instead. 

To avoid getting autosuspended by our phishing detector, please delete the credit card fields in your forms. If you want to collect credit card information without charging it, you will have to use one of the available payment integrations such as Stripe or Paypal.
