I cloned your most recent form and integrated it with Stripe. So far I cannot seem to replicate the issue that you encountered. I was able to connect the cloned form with my Stripe account from the pop-up page.
Are you perhaps logged in to your stripe account on a different tab while connecting the form? Can you please try logging out of Stripe, clear your browser cache, then connect with Stripe again. Please also check if the URL of the form builder starts with https://www.jotform.com.

I tried it on another browser (Chrome) and it worked right away. Never worked for me on Safari 9.1.2 on Mac (Yosemite).
