Possible to have PDF-uploads, PDF generation, workflow, storage formdata and uploads with JotForm?

Dear sir/madam,

We are currently searching for an alternative to our formdesk forms, because of their maximum file upload space of 1 GB and some other inconveniences. Jotform might be such an alternative, but we would like some additional information regarding the following:

- Is it possible to have form entries sent as pdf-file as well as in plain text?

- Is it possible to have users upload files with a browse button within a form? Our students need to upload papers which have to be examined.

- We have a workflow process in which for example the approval by person 1 triggers a required action by person 2, and so forth. The form makes use of different statusses (created/ approved step 1 etc.) Is this possible with jotform?

- Is it possible to connect jotform to a company authentification system?

- Do you offer lookup functionality, in which one form can make use of data in another form?

Regarding your questions:

Yes it is possible, you can set Notifiers and Autoresponders in your email and you can attach PDF to it if you need:

You can set similar workflow by using the above mentioned Notifiers and Conditions. Basically, you can have your clients filling the form and with Notifier that submission will go to person1 for approval, by using conditions next submission will go to person 2 and so on. - Is it possible to connect jotform to a company authentification system?

I'm assuming you want to have some sort of login system. To do that you will have to have your own login and redirect your website to your JotForm form or download the source code of your form and then set up login screen, since login is not supported by our forms.

- Do you offer lookup functionality, in which one form can make use of data in another form?
