Please try requesting for a password reset again. You should be able to receive it now. The reason you didn't get your reset password email is because your email is in the bounce list. I have removed your email in the bounce list. Here's the error:
Reason(s) : Message DeliveryError: Message delivery failed: 550 5.7.1 Our system has detected that this message is likely unsolicited mail (SPAM). To reduce the amount of spam, this message has been blocked. (3rcs4v3Dvnz14LhP)
