why can't I see the middle 8 digits of the credit card numbers?Asked by beeswrap on September 14, 2016 at 10:33 AM
When I am viewing order submissions that come in, only the first four digits and the last four are available. The middle 8 appear as "#", which then causes me to have to reach out to all of my customers and wait for them to confirm the middle eight digits before I can ship their order. This just started happening a few weeks ago and has never been a problem before. Why is this happening? How can I fix it so that I can see all of the credit card numbers again?

We have recently needed to become much strict on this due to becoming PCI compliant. This required removing any currently stored credit card data from our system. I would recommend removing and credit card fields from forms.
