What happen, My account has been erased!!!

    Good morning, hope all is well with you. I'm puzzled as to what has happen to my JF Account. I've had this service for about 2 years now, a lower monthly rate than whats offered now & had several forms on it. I went to sign in earlier this week & its all gone except one party bus form. I'm the only person who has access to my account & I certainly didn't delete them.

    Can you please see what's going on & more importantly restore my account & retrieve all my hard work that I did.

    There is another account associated with your email address.  The username is "kennethbturner".  That account has a Premium subscription and quite a few forms.  I believe that is the account you are looking for.
