My upload space is still there even though I have deleted submission data

I have the auto-delete app for uploads to my form so I don't run out of space. But my upload space is still saying I am full and my account is disabled. I don't know how to delete this upload data because I can't find it anywhere. How do I get my upload space to go back down?
