cannot pass calculation value to payment field

I am working on this form:

And when I try to edit the "Get Price From:" field, I only find the "(None) Manual" field and cannot find an option to choose a specific field.

I cloned your form to test it and was able to see the calculation field as an option for the custom value:

The field needs to be a calculation or number field in order for it to be an option.
