My form email still has the original form title

Just cloned a form and changed the title both in the actual form and also renamed form - but the test email still has the original Form Title (even though subject line in Email shows correctly renamed/cloned form name) - How to get the actual Email form to also show the new title?

You need to update the form title in the body of the email. I've fixed it for you. 

You can put the title tag in the headline so whatever the title of the form, it will be reflected in the email.
