My form gets stuck on please wait

I have had some clients tell me that the form gets stuck on the please wait after they hit submit. Can you please help me with this. thank you

WordPress picks up the form as oEmbed after you pasted the link in the post/page editor. This won't work due to WordPress security policy so instead of doing it this way, embed the form using one of our embed methods. We suggest using the iframe method to prevent conflicts:
