    Yes there is a way to achieve that by enabling the Autofill feature on your form. Here's a quick guide on how to do that How-to-Enable-Auto-Fill-Feature-Save-Form-Entries-to-Continue-Later 

    There are other methods on achieving this so I'll also list them down for your reference. But doing the above is the simplest (but temporary, since it's browser-based) way of allowing your users to go back to their forms at a later time without losing progress.

    1. How-to-Save-Forms-and-Continue-Later (permanent way and more applicable to very long forms)

    2. How-to-Let-Users-Update-Their-Form-Submissions-at-a-Later-Date (this one is not exactly what you need but may come in handy in case you wanted something similar in the future)
