I checked your email activity history, and it appears that the issue has been resolved. There were a series of failed email deliveries but recently, it was logging already as sent. With this, I'm assuming that the issue has now been resolved.
If you are not seeing the email alerts, please check your spam folder to see if the emails landed there. Otherwise if the emails are not found, please let us know.
