On certain computers, I am not able to type data into the jotform. I can login, but I cant change anything in the payment wizard. Is there a plug-in or 3rd party app that needs to be installed or adjusted? It is only on a certain computer that I have this problem.

I could not find an account related to your email address nor your IP address, could you please share us the link to your form?
I would also suggest you to check the web console, if there is an error with the script that makes the payment wizard works then you should be able to see it in the web console.
These keyboard shortcuts will help you to get the console:
Mac: Command + Option + J
Windows: Control + Shift + J
