When you ask if you can send emails to your contacts, can you give more details on this matter?

If what you want to do is to send emails after receiving submissions, you may do so. Just go to your submissions page and you will notice on the upper-left part of the page there is a Reply and Forward icon

Using these tools you can either reply to the person who made the submission or forward the submission to another email recipient.
