Notification 1 - Not received for all forms

    At the moment we are experiencing problems with receiving Notification 1 after a client complets a form. Autoresponder does work fine. 

    Is there something wrong with the mail service?

    I checked your JotForm log,  your submission address(e-mail address) is in bounce list. 

    Reason is;

    I removed in the bounce list. You will get the JotForm notifications.
