Do I need to upgrade my account?

    I have three forms that I've made on Jotform and we have 168 new messages sent using the forms from last night on a new one we put out. So I'm on the free program which should only show me 100 free messages right? Are the additional 68 coming through? Did I break it and got them for free this time? Do I need to upgrade?

    Yes, you should still upgrade your account.

    When you go over 100 limit, we do not disable your account instantly. We sent you an email that says your account is scheduled to be disabled tomorrow noon EST time. If it is friday or weekend, your account will be scheduled to be disabled on Monday noon.

    If you did not receive the email you should still upgrade because it is probably stuck on your spam filter.

    By the way, I just checked your account and see that you have already upgraded. I will leave out the  explanation above as a reference for other users.
