My form redirects to the blank page instead to Paypal payment page

I am not able to get the PayPal functionality to work within my form. When I hit submit it just takes me to a blank page. I am wanting it to take me to the page where they can pay for their tickets/registration.

You have an incorrect conditional logic that is causing this in your form. The payment field is only set to show when the "text" field is filled. The text field has no input functions so this won't work. You have to delete the condition to fix it, I did this for you.
