Two forms on the page triggers the required field validation to go on top of the page instead of the form

Hi,

I have two forms on the same page - www.easternscript.com/online-forms.html.

If a user fills out the lower form (Clearance report) and leaves a required field blank and then presses submit, they are redirected to the top of the page instead of the top of the form. Because of this, they don't see the error codes.

Is there a way to adjust this?

I think you've figured this out already. I've checked the page and it's now going to the top of the form instead of the page. Here's a short clip when I fill your form:

I've checked this using Chrome and Firefox on Windows 10.
