How do I decrease the number of emails from JotForm?

How do I decrease the number of emails received from JotForm? I'm on the verge of discontinuing using JotForm if it is going to continue to generate so many! I have other things to do besides create forms everyday.

You can remove your email from the subscriber list by clicking the Unsubscribe link at the footer of the email message. Here's a screen capture:

Unfortunately, there's no way to decrease the marketing emails you'll receive. It's either you subscribe or unsubscribe only.
