Can we Require Submit be clicked after viewing preview

On our form Martin Instrument Service Request Form

We added the widget to allow viewers to preview & print the form before they submit. However, we are seeing that they are printing and forgetting to hit Submit so we don't see the form. 

is there a way to require that they hit submit or a reminder pops up to tell them to hit submit after they preview?

Unfortunately it is not possible to require submit button.

You can add custom message to the bottom of your form that will be shown on preview before submit page, to remind your users that they need to submit the form after they print it. 

You can use Text field to add your message.
