My form is no longer forwarding the complete forms to my selected email address. When I test the form it indicates that it is sending a reply to email@example.com as it has successfully for the past couple of years. Now suddenly I no longer receive these.
I had my IT department check that nothing was being blocked, but there is no indication that this is making it to our mail server any longer.

I checked our logs for your email address and indeed, the notifications have been failing to send. However, they appear to be working at this time. If you have already removed your address from our bounce list or remedied the cause of the failed emails, they do appear to be sending properly.
Let us know if they continue to not go through we will be happy to have another look.
