For the past 2 weeks we have not received any form to the email that was set up. The email is firstname.lastname@example.org
We have checked the fire wall and junk email for our company and nothing shows that it is being blocked.
Can you assist me in finding out what is going on please.

Upon checking your email address email@example.com, I found that it ended up in our bounce list for following reasons:
firstname.lastname@example.org is IN
the bounce list
Reason(s) : smtp; 554 4.4.7 Message expired: unable to deliver in 840 minutes.<421 4.4.2 Connection timed out>
I have now removed your email form our bounce list and it should work fine now. I would suggest you to please test your form again and get back to us if the issue persists.
