Conditions not working

    Hi,

It seems like my conditions are not working within another condition. Initially i have a block of fields to hide. These fields will show when user choose 40 Amps/240 volts under EVCS nameplate rating. However, the text "Please revise..." shows no matter what. Also, the Subtotal A1 and Subtotal A2 are hidden fields and they also appear on the form.

There are many redundant conditions, and they might be causing the conflict, please delete or edit the following conditions:

    1) Delete:

The fields will be hidden by default, and they will only show if "EVCS nameplate rating" is equal to "40 Amps/240 volst".

    2) Delete:

    3) You need to edit the following conditions from:

Conditions not working Image 3 Screenshot 112

    To this:

Conditions not working Image 4 Screenshot 123

    4) Delete one and leave the other:

    5) I really do not understand the logic behind this condition, so I have disabled it:

    6) The rest of them seems to be fine, except for the first two conditions, which are duplicates from the conditions I referred in point "3)" above:

Finally, just remove the following fields from the condition that hides multiple fields at once:

    17

    21

    45

    46

    Hi,

I tested the cloned form. Seems to be working. However, how do I hide Subtotal A1 and Subtotal A2 at all time as they are just intermediate calculation steps?

They are set to be hidden through their properties, however, they are included in the condition that forces them to show. Simply remove them from the condition by pressing and holding ctrl + left-click on each of them:

That is updated already in my cloned version. Let us know if you need more help, we will be glad to assist you.

Thanks for fixing it! I have another question, is there a way to show/hide the fields in the email dynamically just like the form?

For the field "Total demand in Amps", how do i include a condition that will check "Electric Service" if user picks "Other" and "Specify" without interfering other conditions that it already has?

If i use "Allow Other" for "Electric Service" buttons, there is also no way to include conditions based on value entered by user.
