I am interested in using the method described in your guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/97-How-to-Save-Forms-to-Continue-Later.
In my first form (http://form.jotform.us/form/21065991252150) I collect the fullname, email & Unique ID. I would like to pass the values for those fields to my second form (http://form.jotform.us/form/21066561529151).

Unfortunately, passing the values of one to to the another form (merging) is not available as of the moment.
Thank you for using Jotform. Let us know if there's anything else that you require assistance with.

No updates on this. Isn't it possible to achieve using cookies somehow?

There are two ways to accomplish this feat:
One is by using URL parameters on the 2nd form's link (requires clicking) which will be available on the 1st form's thank you page or autoresponder:
Another method is to get the data via http POST then send it to the 2nd form via an intermediary PHP page (this requires no clicking on the fom user's part):
The downside is that both solutions will NOT work in conjunction with the Saving Forms to Continue Later feature.

Nice to hear it's possible.
Thanks for your answer! I asked some clarifying questions in the http://www.jotform.com/answers/24995-Can-a-form-be-pre-populated-with-data-from-a-previous-submission-just-moments-ago page
All the best
