I understand there are teirs for higher volume users, but a free user approaching these limits needs to be warned prior to cancellation. This is how I run my business, and I can't afford down time. Consider a more professional upgrade process for YOUR customers.
Can I get more info on what limits I reached, so I can determine the plan I need?

Your account reached the upload space limit, free accounts can get up to 100 MB
We always send a warning message before putting the account in overlimit status. I've removed it temporary so you can do the upgrade now. Let me know should you need further help.
