Do you have a gift registry quantity template?

I've been searching and searching the forms, typing in the search field and not finding what I need.  I'm looking for tracking a want with quantity.  For example we need 200 pairs of socks, you can sign up to bring 50 and we still have 150 left.  I had a friend use your site for this and I can't seem to find it.  Sorry seems like such a basic question but would love help!
