How can I upload a form link to my company wordpress website?

I created a form Super Rally Registration on JotForm (formID=40774074138961) and need to post the link to my company website via WordPress. Jotform provides a link to publish however, it does not work for users when they click on the hyperlink as it says to Login to Jotform. Not sure what I am doing wrong. I did this same thing last year and it worked perfectly.

There is a chance that the first time you have added internal form edit link which is different from the publishing link.
